What is Numa

Numa is a personal assistant application that helps the account owner organise their working day. Numa reads and summarises emails, manages calendar appointments, retrieves and archives documents and files, and keeps track of tasks and reminders — all through a single conversational interface.

How Numa uses Google services

To perform these tasks, Numa connects to the account owner's Google services. Here is what each access is used for:

• Gmail — reads, summarises, and helps compose the user's emails
• Google Calendar — checks appointments and creates new events
• Google Drive — retrieves, opens, and archives the user's documents
• Google Contacts — looks up contact details for emails and invitations
• Google Sheets & Docs — reads and updates spreadsheets and working documents

Numa is a strictly personal tool for the account owner. We do not collect, sell, or share data with third parties. Access to Google data is used exclusively to provide the features requested by the user.
